Reflexology and Reiki have helped me hugely at various stages in my life and this prompted me to switch from patient to practitioner, so that others might reap the benefits of these therapies.

As a member of the Association of Reflexologists and of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), I trained at the London School of Reflexology, and was fortunate enough to be taught by two of the UK's leading experts: Louise Keet and Ziggie Bergman.  After a number of my clients kept telling me they thought I had "magic hands", I decided to train in The Usui System of Reiki Healing to enhance my treatments.  For more information of types of treatments available, please visit Treatments.

I am fully insured to practice both face and foot reflexology, Reiki, as well as the award-winning Zone Face Lift (ZFL).

I have a small, self-contained treatment room in the village of Chrishall, between Saffron Walden, Duxford and Royston.  I offer daytime and evening appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.  Please contact me for availability or visit Enquiries/Bookings.
